2023–2024 background and resolution
For full transparency: in October 2023, the original co-founder of CipherBlade and the current operating management entered a legal dispute over control of the CipherBlade entities. The matter was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Alaska as CipherBlade, LLC v. CipherBlade, LLC, case number 3:23-cv-00238.
The parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal on October 8, 2024, and the court terminated the case on October 11, 2024. The current CipherBlade entities — CipherBlade LLC of Alaska and CipherBlade APAC Pte. Ltd. of Singapore — have continued operations uncontested since.
